Every Alvette piece is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
What's covered
- Structural defects in frames and supports
- Faulty mechanisms, where fitted
- Stitching, seam, and material failures that are not caused by wear
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including fabric softening, creasing, and fading
- Damage from misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or unsuitable cleaning products
- Commercial or outdoor use of products intended for indoor residential use
- Items bought as clearance, final sale, or "as is"
Making a claim
Email support@alvette.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos. We'll review your claim and arrange a repair, replacement part, or replacement item as appropriate.
Warranty cover applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
