Using this site

Products and pricing

We do our best to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows a colour exactly as it appears in person. Dimensions are approximate and small variations are normal for furniture.

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full.

Product availability

Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue an item at any time. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or an unauthorised reseller. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; the contract is formed when we ship it.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Warranty and disclaimer

Our products are intended for normal residential use. We do not cover damage from misuse, improper assembly, accidents, or ordinary wear and tear. Except where required by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alvette is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Alvette and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
